Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or mobile number supplied at checkout after dispatch. Courier scans can take a little time to update.

We do not offer voluntary refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect size or colour-selection requests. Qualifying exchanges are available under our policy requirements, without limiting rights provided by South African consumer law.
